Positive: Spaciousness. Clean. Location. Lovely. Neighbours. Friendly, warm welcome.
Negative: Some of kitchen utensils were poor quality. No sharp knives. Garden was untidy. Car parking difficult - a neighbour parked their camper van outside for our stay!
Summary: Otherwise very good. Would like to come again.

Positive: A very peaceful stay at this lovely cottage. The cottage is really spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and really comfortable beds. We loved having our morning coffee in the sun room with the french doors open out to the garden. Gorgeous views of the hamlet from the front - you can see green from every window! Very well located for exploring Dartington, Totnes and Dartmouth. Only a 5 minute walk from both the Cott Inn and the Cider Press Centre. The host was really responsive and has great taste in wine (thank you for our bottle of red!)
Negative: Everything great. Parking took a little manoeuvring but we managed to park two SUV's out the front ok. One of the neighbours was really helpful in advising

Positive: The space! So much of it for our large families, lot's of different rooms,. lovely garden and well equipped kitchen!
Negative: Parking was difficult. The neighbours weren't very accommodating and we only had 2 cars.
Summary: Lovely stay in a large well equipped house, perfect for large families/groups of varying ages.

Positive: Large roomy house, fairly small but useful garden. Although down narrow lane these not long and in a very quite and pretty ancient small hamlet though only yards from Dartington. Nice bedrooms and beds, two upstairs bathrooms and toilet downstairs,
Negative: Parking ok but could get bit tight. Furniture not very comfortable overall although nice large dining table. No outside furniture in a sunny Easter holiday week.
Summary: Nice large house in quiet and pretty hamlet but handily close to main roads.

Positive: Location was gorgeous House was gorgeous. Very clean and stylish and tasteful. Found a bottle of wine on arrival. Hosts very helpful when we forgot something and allowed us to go back in.
Negative: Door on downstairs loo was difficult to close Information could have been a bit more concise and up to date. Other than that very happy with our stay and the communication (and wine!) from our kind hosts.

Positive: LOCATION IDYLLIC. EASY TO FIND. FRIDGE FREEZER FABULOUS AND UPMARKET FURNITURE AND FITTINGS.
Negative: THE CENTRAL HEATING THERMOSTAT SYSTEM IS SO SOPHISTICATED THAT WE COULD NOT TURN THE TEMPERATURE UP WHEN WE WANTED,AND SOME DAYS IT APPEARED TO TURN ON LATER THAN WE WOULD HAVE LIKED. ON A PURELY MAINTENANCE LEVEL, TAPS ARE DRIPPING AND WASTING WATER. JUST NEED FIXING.
