Positive: Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and incredibly comfortable, but what really makes it special is the outdoor space — truly fantastic. We spent Christmas here and even used the fireplace, which works perfectly and made the atmosphere even more magical. Matt was always helpful, responsive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and are already thinking of coming back in the summer.

Positive: It is a fantastic spot. The surroundings are gorgeous and the house itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The pizza oven and gas grill was constantly in use as we ate delicious meals every night. Would easily recommend this spot to anyone traveling in Tuscany.

Negative: The showers are extremely small, and the water pressure and temperature changes abruptly and constantly. If it weren't for this particularly uncomfortable aspect of the accommodations I would have given this spot a full rating.

Positive: Villa located in the nature. Very clean and with all the comfort you need. Rooms are big and beds comfortable. Communication with owner was perfect and he was really flexible and nice towards us. We would definitely come back on better season.

Negative: WiFi not working.
