Summary: House was great! We had 10 adults and a baby and we had plenty of room! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need! Beautiful view! We had a great time!

Summary: We had 2 families and had plenty of room! The photos really don’t do this home justice. It was very comfortable and very clean. We had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen - which is awesome because the closest store is several miles away. Highly recommend!

Summary: We could not have been happier with this beautiful property. It was a much needed break for all of us. We didn’t catch any fish or even get a nibble but still had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again!

Summary: This house was perfect for our family gathering. Enough space for adults and kids to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our stay. All linens were great quality. Bed were comfy. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, plenty of split firewood available. Nice proprty with some privacy, not facing directly toward other homes and shrubbery between homes. Pet friendly. We would definitely consider staying again at this location during summer next time so we can enjoy the lake more.

Summary: The host was wonderful and this place has the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental! The various living spaces made having video game playing teenagers easy! The only thing I would say towards the negative is if it’s an adult weekend be aware that the bedrooms are very close together and there isn’t much privacy in that respect. It was a wonderful fun filled weekend! Thank you!

Summary: We have been coming to Smith Lake for the past 10 years and I can honestly say this was our best location! Being on the water is important to me because I can't do stairs any longer. The house was just right and very clean inside. We had 14 stay overnight and could have housed the couple that didn't make it this year. The owner was so gracious and easy to work with. I hope we get to come back again!

Summary: We had a wonderful time celebrating my grandmother and gathering 5 generations (6 months-92) in one place. The kitchen was probably the best well stocked I’ve ever rented with plenty of cabinets for food storage. We love that there was 3 sitting areas but could easily gather together in main living space and on the huge deck. Only 2 down sides. It would have been nice to have a baby gate for the deck. Since we had a 17 month with us we bought one at Walmart. Secondly I would have expected a second refrigerator in the rec room. It would have been nice to have more room for food and/or beer. We hope to be back for 93rd birthday gathering.
