The Space:
You’ll have the spacious 1100 sq ft multi-level unit all to yourself. Please note: no parties or gatherings are allowed.
Bedrooms and Bedding:
Queen memory foam bed in each bedroom.
The living room sofa also converts in a comfortable full/queen bed
We also have a Pack N Play baby crib, stroller, and baby high chair so that your baby can live like a local. There are plenty of premium sheets, linens, comforters & pillows. Each bedroom has Bluetooth speakers and a USB charging station.

Each bedroom features an office desk, office chair, and workstation setup for our business travelers.

Summary: Nicely decorated. Very well kept up. Location close to Newport Pavillion and pier. Garage available, a little tricky to open and close. Comfortable beds. cutelittle patio where you could barbeque.We would stay here again. it would be better if they simplified all the paperwork. We have never had to fill out so many forms.to rent a condo.

Summary: Easy access, very clean property, beds were super comfy. And a dedicated garage (parking so close to coast can be a challenge). Also, even with the occupied units in complex, it was very quiet. Centrally located to PCH and FWYs. It was a great stay.

Summary: Everything was just ok. Bedrooms are very small. The parking was terrible. A garage door that has to be opened and closed manually is not really acceptable in 2024.

Summary: Comfortable and quiet. A bit of confusion at check in. Generally suggest arriving before dark simply for ease of finding everything. But it was all good. Read the info provided; I missed a few steps. They were helpful at helping and after 10 at night.

Summary: Condo was nice. Easy access to all the beaches and attractions…just a short drive to whatever you might want to do. Living room is small for a family to hang out in and couch was not comfortable but you’re likely not spending too much time in the condo while on vacation. Easy to book and easy to check in and out. Having a garage was nice. It says a SUV would fit but I’m not too sure about that. Just FYI. It was a nice stay. Condo was clean.

Summary: This place did not meet my expectations. On the second night the water stopped working in one of the bathrooms. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. In the kitchen ceiling there was a broken lamp and the owners asked if they could send a repair man during our stay. In a moment where some pink lemonade was spilled, my daughter used some towels to clean it up. We cleaned the house and left it the way we found it and left the dirty towels in the laundry room. Despite leaving the house in good condition, the owners charged us $120 for “damaged” towels.
