Positive: The staff were the most friendly and helpful and the location was paradise
Negative: The food is mediocre, the small cafes nearby were so much better and half the price. They provided a crib for our baby which was dangerous. It was a rocking crib which could not be locked in position and so unsafe for a baby over 4 months. We had to wedge it against the wall with furniture
Summary: Beautiful place and wonderful people but needs a little adjustment for families to stay here comfortably

Positive: They contacted us beforehand and asked when we would arrive on the island, and arranged a taxi from the ferry to the resort for 150 baht per person, where we stayed for three nights. It’s a lovely and cute resort with around 5-10 bungalows and a restaurant offering many different meals. Our bungalow was clean and right next to the water. There is a small beach just next to the resort that we thought was better than the two others we visited (Golden Pearl Beach and Sunset Beach), because there were almost no rocks in the water and very few people. The best part was the service from the reception, the restaurant staff, and the massage ladies during our stay. They always had a smile and were very helpful. Just one small example: we asked one night if they had any potato chips, and the next day they had bought some to sell at the reception. We rented a cheap motorbike at the reception to travel around the island. The main road is in good condition and there is almost no traffic. If you want to get away from the more intense parts of Phuket, Krabi, and Phi Phi, this is the place for you. We booked this resort in the middle of our trip just to relax and reset before continuing with a more intense holiday.
Negative: There was some trash where the beach meets the forest, probably from storms. Think this is not the resorts property but would be even nicer if they cleaned it.
Summary: We loved our stay! Calm resort with great and kind service! 10/10

Positive: A really beautiful location, situated right on Coconut beach, peaceful bit of paradise. Amazing sunsets - good for a cocktail before dinner. The staff were lovely, facilities good and clean. Beach towel and mat handed out to use on arrival. Koh Jum is a lovely island - not over developed like some places. Quiet and relaxed and friendly.
Negative: All good.

Positive: Very calm and cozy hotel, only few houses, so you’ll see only few people around - a big plus for us. We had the cottage right at the sea, on bi pillars - absolutely great view and comfort. Room is spacious and very clean. Big personal terrace with own chairs. Good breakfast and in general good restaurant. Great service, the personal is always eager to help you. Nice small beach where only hotel guest and few visitors a day appear. They gives kayak for free to swim.
Negative: Well, a few thing Mupa can do better. The biggest is internet connection. It was working 1-2 days only at restaurant area, not in cottage. After this, it was lost there as well (we were told, it’s global issue) and the rest 3 days we had no internet at all. Very weak phone signal as well, so mobile internet almost not exist. It was critical for us for searching next hotels and work. WC seat old and dirty - can easy be changed as the rest of house is of high quality and spotless clean. Beach has some garbage from the ocean which nobody cleans - typical here. Koh Jam itself - nothing to see, we did not even leave the hotel, only 1-2 times visiting Center for dinner (sea food restaurant was so so). Be warned, there is no doctor or even pharmacy there! Only basic medical center with local pills.

Positive: The best hotel ( bungalows) ever ! Front beach , very quiet , super clean , personal is perfect ! Very kind . The best place ever ♥️♥️♥️ In addition they have a very good restaurant and not expensive at all. They even rent motorcycles for who wants to discover the area. Private beach, it’s a real paradise !!
