Positive: The room exceeded our expectations. From the outside, it looks like a typical motel, but inside, the decor was inviting and calm, the king bed was extremely comfortable, and all of the other appointments were perfect. The host was extremely helpful, as we could not get the remote to work for the heat when we first checked in. She had someone come immediately.

Negative: we were lucky there was a person there who know how we gould get the room code nomber. Could not get one lamp to light, could not get the ceiling fan or light to work. The main windows could not lock.

Summary: We were mostly pleased with the room except with the list of "didn't like" bed was very comforable

Positive: I like that it was nice and quiet. I like how helpful the staff was. I was having some problems when I first got there. The code wasn’t correct. But the woman handling it took care of it immediately.

Negative: I did not like the fact that the keypad needed batteries. And I did not like the fact that I only had a box of tissues with one or two tissues in it.

Summary: I thought the staff was excellent. They took care of all my needs right away, even though it didn’t start off very well.

Positive: The location was exactly where I needed to be in Leeds. Very clean and modern looking. Great shower. Great parking.

Negative: A very minor thing, the curtains were wonky and did not quite work. Could have used one more panel for full window coverage. The 2 panels left a crack either on the ends or in the middle. Did not like the complimentary coffee available in the room. (also very minor and not a factor when booking a room - glad there were great coffee places nearby)

Summary: I needed a clean place to sleep for the weekend, not to hang out in. It was perfect base camp for my weekend activities.
