Positive: Very nice and well sized room. very clean. walking distance to town centre attractions. Great host - everything nicely prepared for our arrivval, easy to contact. Also provided us with tips and directions regarding Weimar and its attractions.

Positive: Lots of services surrounding the appartmentb(train stations, buses, shops for food, weimar center at 10 minutes by walk). Very good welcome. Nice bathroom

Positive: Everything was tastefully designed and equipped. The owner provided us with many snacks and beverages in the refrigerator.
Negative: There are two Weimar towns with Erfurter Strasse in Germany that are a couple hours apart! Make sure you set your GPS for the correct one. Access to this apartment is actually from a side street off Erfurter Strasse.

Positive: Family of three. Our host met us upon arrival: he was friendly and spoke excellent English. You will have your own dedicated parking space just steps from the front door. The host even offered us an unassigned parking spot in the same lot if we wanted to leave our car to explore after check out. There are stairs going up to the apartment but they are well lit and not difficult to climb. We appreciated all of the goodies he left us in the refrigerator, as well as coffee, tea, and cocoa. The apartment is located directly across the street from a LIDL market that had everything we needed for our breakfast. There is also an ALDI market about one block down that we walked to without difficulty. We preferred the LIDL products if we had to choose. There is an electric cooker stored in the cabinet, but we did not use it. Each day we were there we walked into the city center part of town. We walked with an 8-year-old, so it took us about 15 minutes. You will have to bring your own toiletries, but we always do anyway so it wasn't a big deal.
Negative: The space was a bit too cozy to have both the round dining table and the rectangular coffee table in the same space. During our stay, there was no lighting in the outside front door area when we returned after dark. Albeit these negatives (if you can call them that), we would still not only recommend this apartment but we would also stay here again if needed.
