Positive: Very spacious and nice apartment within the perfect location.
Negative: I chose this apartment because we were 4 people and there were 3 beds. The host expected us to sleep 2 and 2 in the bed and couch and didn't provide sheets for the 3rd bed. They told us we should have warned them beforehand and didn't find a solution... The apartment is quite dark during the day. Also good to note, the people upstairs continuously moved chairs and furnitures on the floor until past midnight preventing us from falling asleep. We also heard a man making loud noise with his keys repeatedly, just outside our door, and eventually someone rang at the external door early in the morning... Coincidences, or a message that tourists aren't welcome there?

Positive: The flat was amazing! It is located in the centre of Torino, with all touristic attractions reachable by foot. The apartment is equipped with everything you need from the Bialetti to a washing machine. Everything is super clean and the air con as well as the Wifi were working perfectly. We were in contact with the owner only through WhatsApp, but he was basically reachable 24/7, always super friendly and helpful in terms of little problems or recommendations to eat. Also the instructions to enter the apartment were sent through WhatsApp. They were very clear and very nicely explained, even with videos. We also liked the little balcony for a late evening drink and watching the tourists from above. Our dog was also welcome and there are nice green areas/parks very close. This is a recommendation!
Negative: Nothing. Everything was perfect!!! The house is not entirely sound proof so that you can hear the neighbours at times, but that is how it is in city.

Positive: Fabulous, clean, modern apartment in a truly ideal location - walkable to everything in the city! Luca was always available by text, and was incredibly helpful, on where to park, how to use the washing machine, the *best* pizza. Couldn't recommend more!

Positive: Fantastic location and the apartment was completely renovated and outfitted with everything needed, all brand new and sparkling clean. A small problem was dealt with immediately, management was very accessible. Wish all holiday rentals were as perfect as this.
Negative: One tiny thing--no shelf in the shower to put soap, shampoo and gel. Very awkward to place everything on the floor to use.
Summary: A very pleasant stay in the heart of Torino and would definitely book again
