Heart of the Hill features big views of the Prospector Golf Course, a private Hot Tub, and is just a short walk to Swiftwater Winery.

The huge Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s dining for 8 at the large dining table, with additional seating for 4 at the over-sized kitchen island.
Just off the great room is a fabulous, covered entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, comfortable couch set, a private Hot Tub, and a built-in gas BBQ. The patio is a great spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the views of the gold course and Tipple Hill! Take a short walk up the cart path to enjoy a wonderful dinner and exquisite drinks at Swiftwater Winery.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master has a king bed, direct private access to the back patio and an attached private bath with a heated floors, walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor bedroom has a queen bed.
* The 1st upper floor master has a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
* The 2nd upper floor master has a king bed and a private bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
* The 3rd upper floor bedroom features a queen bed.
* The upper floor bonus bunkroom has two sets of twin over twin bunks, a full trundle and a TV Lounge area with Blu-Ray. The bunk room is supported by a hall bath with a tile shower.
* At the top of the stairs is a loft area which includes a full hide-a-bed couch.
* Off the other side of the kitchen is a guest bath with a tile shower, a large laundry room, and a mudroom entrance.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $110 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway which includes garage use. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **
