Positive: The quality of the food was perfectly adequate but for the price exceptional value for money. The room and bed were both excellent, very comfortable

Negative: Providing tea or coffee with the evening meal and providing pots for tea to have with breakfast. The cooked breakfast could also have been hotter, other than that, no issues.

Summary: exceptional value for money. I would definitely revisit

Positive: This is the second time we stayed at the Muthu Glasgow River Hotel. The staff are exceptionally helpful and they go out of their way to make our stay comfortable, nothing was too much for them. Dinner in the restaurant was very pleasant, the chef did tweak the menu for us. The next day we had room service when we couldn't come down for dinner. The bed was great, so comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. The room cleaning person was very courteous. Our special thanks to the manager James, the receptionist Sonam, and the restaurant waitress Lorrie, they were so kind.
