Negative: Nothing. If there is a mini fridge it will be more helpful since I often bring food that needs to be store overnight to prevent it get spoilt before I go home the day after

Negative: 1. toilet at first so slippery oily.. very dangerous..after i wash back using my shampoo..it will be fine..maybe your sabun lantai need more quality... 2. parking..space not enough for visitor parking 3. small fridge should be have at all unit or 1 big fridge at outside 4. 1 coway water filter at outside should be fine
