Positive: Hardus was an excellent guide and very friendly. He went the extra mile. The tents have nice balconies with views.
Negative: We do not like to share one dinner and breakfast table with other guests as you have no privacy. The variety of drinks is very limited e.g only Muweti wine and no other brands. Unfortunately no variety for dinner - one meat dish with rice and no salads etc.

Positive: The best experience. Spent 12 days on safari over 5 lots of accommodation, some basic and some the top of the range and this was by far the best experience. Small beautiful in/keeping camp with only 3 luxury tents, and the staff were just great. And importantly, so were the animals. Animals at all times treated with respect by knowledgeable, cool, calm guides Hardus and Niel. It was simply the best. Great cooking too Hardus 🍖. Plenty of water holes around so you will see animals, close by too. Day and night. (Worth noting not all parks had water sources or they were dried up and so, naturally, the animals were elsewhere.)

Positive: The experience offered by Muweti Bush Lodge is the best you could ever wish for. The place is enchanting, and having the opportunity to sleep while witnessing the spectacle of nature, with animals coming to the waterholes to quench their thirst, is incredible and moving.However, the real gem is the staff! A fantastic family that will pamper you from the first to the last moment, answering all your curiosities with expertise. The meals are expertly prepared, and Mike's barbecue around the fire is truly relaxing. The game drives are spectacular, with an intense and meticulous search, and they will do everything they can to show you the Big Five.Anyone wanting to have such an experience must come here.

Positive: My fiancée and I had 3 spectacular days at Muweti Lodge! Mike, Laura, Neil and staff are extraordinary people! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, we felt as if we were at home or visiting our parents' house because the reception and care they showed us were exceptional! They truly care about each guest's well-being and how everyone is feeling. We have dietary restrictions. Every meal was served considering our restrictions. Regarding the lodge, the experience of being immersed in the savanna is indescribable! The room is very comfortable and spacious, with a comfy bed, a very nice bathroom, and a balcony with an amazing view. You can see some many animals from within the property! They provide game drives twice a day, and it was incredible. We saw many animals! On the game drives their focus is always on providing the best experience for the guests! The meals were very good and diverse! Every night a campfire was lit and all people at place had a good moments! We hope to return to Muweti soon! We are already recommending the place to everyone who asks us about our experiences in South Africa!

Positive: Everything. Mike, Laura and all of their staff were amazing! The room is gorgeous and really private. It is located just inside the bushes, which gives you an awesome experience and animal sightseeing. The Game Drives organized by the staff were extraordinary. They put a big effort into trying to make you see all the animals you can. The food was spectacular, and they'll try to make you never repeat any menu during your stay. I strongly recommend Muweti for your experience in South Africa. I hope I could return someday! Obrigado por tudo!

Positive: We were greeted on our arrival by Millie who straight away came across with the enthusiasm that comes with youth on top of a passion for her job. We were quickly out on a game drive with Millie who backed up the above with an in depth knowledge of everything we saw. On returning we met with the camps host/head chef, Hardus who was busy cooking on the open fire which in turn was the best meal we had in our entire stay in South Africa. The accommodation was great giving you the feeling you were truly living in the wild with all of our free time spent watching a wide range of animal coming to the watering holes from the comfort of the main decking area. The high standards set by Millie and Hardus were maintained throughout our stay and I couldn't think of even a mine negative to staying at Muweti Bush Lodge. It is fair to say that we all felt that we arrived as strangers but left having made friends with 2 great people.
Summary: Don't stay anywhere else than Muweti Bush Lodge.

Positive: My partner and I stayed for 2 nights as a birthday gift. It was amazing. Guide, Millie was fantastic and we were able to see an abundance of game throughout our 4 game drives. On arriving back to the lodge after our morning or evening drive, Hardus and the other staff had breakfast/dinner ready to go and it was delicious. During the day, we sat by the pool and watched the elephants stroll by! We would 10/10 recommend.
Summary: Amazing! Would return in a heartbeat.

Positive: The staff were excellent. On the safari's we saw heaps of animals. Our guides went out of their way to find any animal we hadn't yet seen. Seeing all the hippos coming out of the river was the highlight of our trip!!

Positive: We had such a lovely time at Muweti. It is a small and intimate lodge with great staff. We really enjoyed the food and the personal touches. We loved to see the elephants from the watering hole and the guides taught us many interesting things about the bush and the wildlife. A real safari experience.
