Positive: The size of the house for our group was great, having a bedroom each was a change to previous weekends away. It's a beautiful victorian house, and I definitely had house envy!! The living room was a nice airy and comfortable space and we took advantage of some the card games to entertain ourselves after a meal out. There were quite a few little extras like uht milk, biscuits, loads of toilet roll (!!)...tea and coffee..always handy.
Negative: There were a few snagging issues. Only one spot light in the main bathroom worked. The light above the mirror didn't work at all. We got ourselves ready in the bedrooms, so no major issue, but maybe it needs fixing. My friend thought the middle bedroom at the back, the bed was a bit uncomfortable.. She said it was two mattresses? We thought that the far room with the velvet sofa in could have been another bedroom. As lovely as the rooftop room is my other friend, probably the most agile of us all, found it quite tricky going up the plastic staircase, especially as it looms over the other staircase alittle to the ground floor. So an additional bed in the back room would have been a good option. The main bedroom is beautiful, bay window, large and spacious...it was a hot night on Fri and Saturday and the sash windows seem to be painted shut? I could be wrong, as didn't want to wrestle them open!

Positive: House was absolutely stunning, large garden, very clean.
Negative: Cleaned the house after the stay and owners then proceeded to tell me that it was a mess! And that we should have only used one bed not 2 as we were cleary a couple. Offered to go back and clean said 'mess' but phone was hung up!

Positive: The house was spotlessly clean. The house was well equipped and comfortable. It is a beautiful house in a quiet location. It is a short drive to Warrington town centre and there is a main trainline in to Liverpool.
Negative: There is a very steep, narrow spiral staircase to the 3rd floor bedroom. Not suitable for larger people or anyone with mobility issues.

Positive: The bedrooms were very nice very comfortable bed lovely bedding the overall size of the house was perfect for our family.
Negative: The cleanliness left a lot to be desired especially the kitchen we had to clean the oven before we could use it the sink was dirty not enough utensils. There was no working carbon monoxide alarm the fire alarm at the top of the stairs was flashing red the carpet on the first step right at the top of the stairs was loose bulbs missing in the kitchen.
