Luxury house of 2,390 sqft has 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, a private heated pool, and a 3 cars garage (only two car slots available).
The canals and waterways provide an excellent place for kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Dock your boat directly to the private dock of the house (24 feet dock), you are only 25 minutes boating to the cristal waters and the sandbar of Gasparilla Island.
As you enter the house, you will have a big spacious and modern living room with a nice and big sectional sofa to simply relax and watch TV (Netflix included) or read a book.

For those who like to cook you will literally have access to a chef’s kitchen ! The newer kitchen come with stainless appliances and has everything you will need to create amazing dishes.

The Bedrooms
The master bedroom is an upscale space for a relaxing moment or deep sleep with its king-size bed. It has its own walking closet and master bathroom (shower).
What about the spectacular view of the pool from the master bedroom when you wake up ?
The second bedroom offer a king size bed and the third bedroom is perfect for kids with a twin over full bunk bed with twin size trundle

Summary: Loved our two week stay. The family really enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard and pool table all located in the large great room space. The fun never ended. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. Would return in a heartbeat.

Summary: Stayed for one week at My Charlotte with my adult children and their small children. The house is stunning. Just as pictured. The beds are comfy with loads of extra pillows and blankets. Everything you need for cooking and doing laundry. I broke my leg prior to our trip and the house worked well with my extra needs. The master shower was great for me. The pool is awesome (heated) and outdoor kitchen. Was perfect for us. This is a must stay

Summary: One of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in! Interior is absolutely beautiful! My kids fished right off the dock and even had a small alligator come up to the dock! Kids loved it! Great location! We will be back.

Summary: We used this home as a home base as we worked with a builder in the area. The pictures are accurate and very well furnished. The mattress and sectional are firm. The bathroom is what we all dream of having. Everything one could expect when renting a home away from home. We plan on staying here again. Gravish - July 2024

Summary: Excellent home but inaccurate listing. The boat dock exists but you cannot take a boat. Unfortunately even though we asked about the depth of the dock, the host did not give us an adequate answer. His answer was, I couldn't find out call the property management office yourself. We never got an answer. The house is great! But if you have a boat you better find a place for it with time. I.wish the host would have been more helpful. That is the reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. I believe that you have a right to know all details prior to renting. I guess the host thought that I wasn't going to make a reservation if he would have said the full truth about the dock. He was wrong, I just would have had enough time to find a place for the boat instead of spending part of my vacation in that search. I hope this review helps people who are interested in taking their boat.

Summary: We had such a wonderful time on our getaway. The home was absolutely beautiful, outfitted with everything you could need, and located in a very convenient and scenic spot. The house is right on the canal, with plenty of privacy and space between neighboring homes. The weather was quite chilly, so we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor pool and patio as much as we would have liked, but with all of the indoor entertainment options, there was no shortage of fun. We had a few questions during our stay, and the homeowner was very nice and quick to respond. We loved our time at "My Charlotte," and we hope to get the chance to stay again very soon! Thank you for the wonderful experience and hospitality!
