Positive: This feels like a family residence with a high-end output. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are exceptionally welcoming and engaging. The pool is great for a cooling dip. The views are terrific. The room’s bathroom was immensely wonderful.
Negative: The pool had some bugs in, which was off-putting, although I completely understand. The pool is also not deep, so it is possible to paddle to the knee but not swim easily. The food was good but could have been excellent.
Summary: Beautiful mountain stay at a an excellent price with staff who really care and will go the extra mile.

Positive: A very nice location far away from the crouded Sapa. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. They can speak basic English. You can have a lot of dishes from the menu. The small pool is perfect with a nice view. They have three rooms, so it is cosy.
Negative: Nothing. For us it was perfect!
Summary: A very warm welcome and a pleasant stay!

Positive: We loved everything about our stay here. The tasteful property is a peaceful, relaxing place away from the bustle of Sapa town. Moreover, the surrounding area gets less rain and is warmer than Sapa town, which is more affected by the clouds/weather systems that hover around Fanspian. The terraces and corn fields in the area can be easily explored by foot or motorbike and are stunning, as is the vista from the homestay. You can have clear glimpses into the lives of the local ethnic minority groups as they monitor grazing water buffalo, play in the streams or tend their crops. The manager of the property, Chili, and the rest of the staff are incredibly accommodating. They supported us with all of our needs and even drove us to pick up some local BBQ roadside chicken. The food at the homestay restaurant was both healthy and delicious. Overall, you really can't beat this place for value. Would happily return and recommend it to anyone!

Negative: Very isolated village, some taxis are not willing to climb the broken road leading to the village, we had to walk up few times

Positive: The property is located about 30 minutes outside of Sapa with amazing views of the rice fields. You are in walking distance of some fabulous cafes and local villages. The host family are super helpful by organising taxis to and from Sapa. The food was amazing, with plenty of choice and very reasonable priced, we ended up eating dinner at the homestay every evening.

Positive: The owner was very helpful, she helped us with everything and arranged it. Scooter and trekking tour can be arranged right here. She cooks you fresh and good food anytime. Beautiful view from the rooms. We got a free room upgrade and also early check in. Great satisfaction and we would definitely come back.

Positive: The staff, and property were great! The breakfast was too notch and the meals there are very good and affordable! We did a few hikes right from the property and rented a motorbike. The owner gave us recommendations on what to do everyday and it was a very relaxing stay.
Negative: The only negative is the place is a little isolated. Not really other options for dinner or post dinner activities. If you’re looking for quiet and nature this is the spot!
