Positive: It was very close to everything for a good rate! The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean :)

Negative: The floors looked and feeler like they weren’t mopped at all, I had to mop them with a wet towel, underneath the bed was dirty and the fridge still had food in it from the other tenants.
