Positive: It’s peaceful, quiet, the heated works well and has beautiful views of the garden. It’s comfortable overall.

Negative: It was missing laundry detergent, coffee, sugar, microwave, and no oil for cooking so it’s a bit inconvenient for a short stay if you plan to cook or need to do laundry. I asked for coffee and sugar in the morning but that message was dismissed. I didn’t like the attitude of the host and her lack of generosity when it came to using the heater and extending the stay off the platform. I thought she was offering the second night complimentary because the guests coming would miss one day so it happened to be open for an extra night. The way she framed it made it sound like it was complimentary but when I asked the next day to be sure she said it is 8000. It’s cash only and I only 7200 which is maximum $2 usd difference and then she said “no we cannot because you use the heater and that cost 2000”. They still would have profited by accepting my offer and they said the booking wasn’t open on booking .com which indicates they didn’t accept the change and dates for the coming guest. She accepted my change of date request when there was no bus to get there which I was grateful for but the host I was with called her and had to convince her and that family was so kind to me and let me stay the extra night with no charge and even took me to the bus station and called me to make sure I made it. So my standards got really high for the hosts in Armenia and I was not expecting such an abrupt and stingy transaction reply. This is in line with that guy who she didn’t give change to in previous reviews. I found an entire house with mountain views and three bedrooms for almost the same price closer to the city center. This one doesn’t have any view of the mountain and you definitely need a taxi- it’s not comfortable to walk on the streets with barking dogs and it’s too far

Positive: the place is fine.. not fancy or too clean but acceptable for a low price.. but then people trying to not give the correct change even after I booked extra with them off the booking site for the extra day .. its dishonest so pay with exact change cause the people want every possible penny from you .. then they make a big hassle about it constantly messaging me to justify this .. keep the extra 1000dram I guess u are in desperate need of it
