Positive: The location was excellent: slightly off a main street so taxis weren't too far away but there wasn't loud noise at night. A unique little place.
Negative: No coffee supplied. Hot water heater stopped working and they didn't fix it while we were there.

Positive: Property is very safe and secure. Neighborhood is quiet and though not very near tourist spots, walking the streets is easy. Amenities in the property are complete beds are comfortable. Even the sofa bed is exceptionally comfortable!
Negative: I was not aware that the A/C unit is only in the living area so we needed to keep the bedroom door open to keep it cold. Good thing weather was breezy already and the heat wave has passed. Otherwise, the bedroom would not be as comfortable.
Summary: Our stay was very nice and we got everything we need!

Positive: The cleaner let us use store our bags in the flat even though they hadn't cleaned yet. Quite nicely 'done out'. The sofa bed was very good as sofa beds go. Marvellous area. Attentive call centre if you have any issues.
Negative: Coffee maching didn't work. // The washing machine kept pinging every 45-60mins for NO REASON. ALL DAY. ALL NIGHT! Very helpfully, a man came straight round 10 mins after my call to try and fix it... but didn't. So the second night we draped a bath towel over it to dampen the sporadic sound. // I think there's too much stuff in the kitchen. Perhaps a small shelf or two to stop the extraneous bits next to the microwave... (The toaster is basically 'on the hob' and I reckon a juicer is not required. But please get other viewpoints about that...obvs.) The lights in the main bedroom were cumbersome and a tad annoying. They looked nice though. // Potentially the (nice) chair in the lounge could be a less cumbersome or smaller version. I'm not moaning, promise... it was an enjoyable stay. Just feeding back as requested. Nothing is perfect is it? ;-) Non, c'est pas possible. Au revoir.
