E Komo Mai “welcome” to Maui Eldorado K109! This tropical Maui Eldorado condo is located in the heart of Kaanapali, one of the world's most well known destination resorts. It's ideal for a romantic getaway, as well as the family looking for kid-friendly beaches and all the comforts of home amenities.
Dine al fresco on the spacious, ground floor lanai, sipping a Mai Tai and watching the palm trees sway. Step inside to find a spacious studio, decorated with Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings. The main living area features a new comfortable Queen size bed, Queen size pullout sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. Stay cool with the magical Maui breeze, or enjoy the central A/C after a long day in the sun. This spacious studio unit sleeps up to 4 guests.
The kitchen is just steps away and features bright white cabinets and full size appliances. You'll find everything you need to make all your meals in house. The bathroom is also super convenient, featuring a tub/shower combo and separate changing area. Pack light! There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Maui Eldorado features three pools, a gym, a large lanai surrounding the main pool with BBQs and shuffleboard, and a convenience store. Perhaps the most unique attribute of the Maui Eldorado is the private beachfront cabana! Located directly on the beach between the fringe of the golf course and the ocean, this three room covered cabana has kitchen facilities, a BBQ, restrooms and a covered and uncovered lanai within feet of the ocean for sunbathing, whale watching and simply relaxing...all for the exclusive enjoyment of the owners and guests.
RESORT FEE: The resort requires all guests to check-in at the on-site front desk and pay a REGISTRATION FEE $65 per stay and RESORT FEE $20 per day. This fee is paid by all guests directly to the on-site front desk.
My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler are also provided.

Summary: Great location with excellent pool, BBQ area and good access to the beach. The unit was very clean, but it could do with some upgrades and new furniture to take it to a five star rating.

Summary: Can’t beat location. Can walk everywhere don’t need a car. It’s a basic studio older furnishings but knew that going in. Could use more than 2 bath towels. Ceiling has a ton of lint hanging from it but an easy fix by cleaning crew if they see it. Over all no complaints.

Summary: thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely condo. the only issue we had was that 6 days of the 12 days we had toilet flushing issues. the toilet handle was defective when we arrived. we tried to self-manage for a few days, but eventually reported the issue to the property management company. unfortunately, there was a couple days delay in fixing the toilet handle. the property manager provided us with quick responses and compensated us for the inconvenience. I would only suggest that prior to a new renter arriving, that the plumbing is checked for maintenance so that this prevents further inconveniences. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay! Mahalo!

Summary: We loved our stay in Hawaii and the location was good. There was a slight problem with the toilet and we couldn't shut off the fan, but, overall we it was a good place and a great location.

Summary: This place is surrounded by so many cool things to do and see. Golf, beach, shopping is all within a 5-10 min walk. The amenities are also great on the property. The unit did exactly what is was supposed to: be a comfortable place to relax and sleep after we were out enjoying Maui!

Summary: The condo is in a great area. You have access to a private cabana with a full kitchen. You can bring your own food, drinks and have a party. You can take the free shuttle or just walk to the spot. The condo is a bit outdated with popcorn ceilings, old bathroom and kitchen. However, the condo has everything you need to have a great successful trip.

Summary: We had an amazing holiday! This property is located right off the Kaanapali golf course and a stunning beach. The unit itself could really use some updating as well as some items to make your stay a little better, such as bbq tools and a small cooler.
