Positive: Professional and nice staff who were always up for conversation. Introduced us well to the hotel. Hotel was very clean and had good access to everything like water stations. Nice breakfast was served also.

Positive: The location was great, nearby we had restaurants, cafes and car rental, the room had enough space and a view on the ocean was amazing
Negative: The service part can be better, when we ask about kettle we should bring it ourselves to the room, not a big deal, but usually in a good hotels stuff can bring it to your room. The other part was room cleaning, for some reason the cleaning ladies don’t do a cleaning under the bed, and no one washing your cups or glasses, which is strange, because we don’t have any cleaning things to clean them ourselves. About the receptionist desk, everyone there was kind and welcome except of one guy, who is always starting a sentence with some negative “no” and than you should somehow find a way to talk to him, to fix your situation

Positive: Was very modern and relaxing , not over crowded which was lovely . Drinks around the pools nice and staff friendly
Negative: Wouldn’t recommend to signing up to having limited room clean , just stick to every day or they forgot or get confused which days to come .
