Summary: We had a lovely memorable stay. Great location, right on the water, very new apartment, we got the ground floor and recommend the ground floor apartment for its access to the water and the little back yard. Loved the daily clean, the maintenance guy fixed multiple issues promptly and the security lady at the front was friendly and mad us feel super safe. Loved the infinity pool. Having Perebeyre and Grand Bay within a 10 minutes drive makes this a very practical and enjoyable option for a family with a car. Only negatives for us were the mattresses which were a little too soft and the stove which took much too long to heat up. We would definitely book here again.

Summary: The stay was great. Right on the beach. Exceptional views. Sunil the Watchman / Concierge was fantastic! The only complaint is that the stove did not heat up sufficiently for cooking, so we had to use the barbeque. The unit is otherwise well appointed and clean
