Positive: This is a newly renovated apartment, very clean and fresh. The furnishings are simple but everything you need is here. We found the host to be quick with communication. The processes for check-in and parking were a little bit complicated but the hosts have obviously taken lots of time to write out all the details so it was easy to follow their instructions. Overall a nice apartment for a very affordable price.
Negative: The elevator broke as we were checking in, and then again as we were checking out. The apartment is on the third floor and we had large suitcases so this was quite an inconvenience as we had to haul our things up and down some pretty narrow stairs. I don't know if this is an ongoing problem but based on our experience we would not recommend booking this place if you will be relying on the elevator. Also, note that there are two bathrooms, but one has only toilet and sink and no shower/bath. I'm not sure if we missed this detail in the listing, but it was a bit tight for us as four adults.

Positive: Great location, easily accommodated our family of 5 (3 children - 18, 16, 15yo). Two toilets, one shower. Lift for stairs, or can walk if choose, the accommodation was a close walk to old town, and good shops near by. Easy instructions to get into property.

Positive: The property was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Updated bathrooms and facilities.
Negative: Was a little further from the station than we expected probably best to catch a tram. Once there close to centre of town and tourist attractions. Could do with a washing machine as there is space for one.

Positive: Great location and good instructions for check-in. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Parking was a little tricky but we were grateful to have a parking space included. Apartment was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and pictures were accurate to size and description of rooms.
Negative: No AC. This probably isn't a problem most of the time but we had one day and night over 80 degrees. The rest of the stay the temp went down and we were fine. Also lots of street noise especially if the windows are open. This apartment is on one of the main streets into town.

Positive: Was in a great location, not far from the train station and the old town. Good to have two toilets with a family of five. We had a problem with the bedding when we arrived and they came straight away to sort it out.
Negative: It would have been good to have a washing machine as there was room for one. Also no tea and coffee in apartment, and all the shops were closed when we arrived so we couldn't buy any either.
