Summary: Property closing down in a week. Conditions were poor. The price I paid is extremely ridiculous for what I received. I want a partial refund

Summary: This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed.

Summary: The room was really nice and spacious which I truly enjoyed. The hotel overall could use some TLC to upgrade the facilities like the public bathrooms. The food also left a lot to be desired especially for the price that was charged. The staff was very friendly and welcoming but that would not be enough to get me to stay there again.
