Positive: The villas are quite spacious and come with a small balcony, which we enjoyed using to relax and even to play with a friendly hotel kitten that started visiting us from the first day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to the Ao Nam Mao pier. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning that couldn’t be resolved, so we were moved to a different villa. While this was a bit inconvenient, given that we were staying for six days, the move was worthwhile. The new villa was excellent and located just a few steps from the swimming pool. Fortunately, most of the villas around the pool were unoccupied during our stay, which made the atmosphere especially quiet and pleasant, allowing us to enjoy the natural surroundings in near privacy. After our six-night stay, we traveled to another island and later returned to Na Sook for one additional night. On our return, we were assigned a villa farther from the pool. It seemed that the hotel prioritizes poolside villas for guests staying multiple nights, while shorter stays are placed further away. I found this approach somewhat suboptimal, as many of the best-located villas remained empty for much of the time, and when they were occupied, some facilities - like the air conditioning in our initial villa - were not functioning properly.

Positive: Beautiful Thai style resort. Very traditional and with modern facilities. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was wonderful. And we highly recommend the cooking classes and the yoga classes. We had a great stay!

Positive: We chose the breakfast buffet for our stay and it was incredible! The food selections were fresh, healthy and delicious. They had Thai dishes and common American breakfast items. The buffet always had fresh fruit, homemade butter, homemade yogurt, and the best of all was the homemade pineapple jam. I hope one day they decide to teach a class on how to make that jam. I ate it every day.
Negative: While all staff was very kind I do believe the front desk staff needs more training on communication. We wanted to sign up for one of the additional classes they offered and the front desk team said they would get back to us. Two days later we had to follow up with them and they still didn’t have an answer for us yet. After breakfast on the third day we went into the office to ask again and they mentioned that they couldn’t get ahold of the instructor. This was okay, they still offered other activities so we signed up for a sound bath. When we went to the sound bath class the instructor never showed up. There were a handful of guests waiting around until I called the front desk and again they said sorry the instructor was sick. Again, this wasn’t a problem but the communication was very poor.
Summary: The bungalow, resort grounds, and breakfast buffet was great! Very friendly staff.

Positive: Clean, quiet, comfortable ,relaxing. In breakfast you can make coffee yourselves,every morning different juice shots , juices, difference of salads and some food. Pool was with saltie water and not cold.

Positive: The hotel is beautiful and in a good location. The little villas are super cute, very large and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time at Na Sook! The pool was very relaxing as well.
Negative: The breakfast options and especially the amount of food was limited to a set plate. Some days we were still a bit hungry after breakfast.

Positive: The hotel is large and very beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is very tasty and plentiful, even though it is a la carte.
Negative: The hotel asks that you be informed the day before about the dishes that will be eaten for breakfast the following day. The staff at the restaurant are a little lacking in English. Being a wellness resort, they need to invest in better equipment in the gym and also in new bicycles. They also need a space for yoga activities. One day, they were having classes in the restaurant.
