Positive: The incredible location overlooking a tree lined canal. It is only a five minute walk or less to: the center of the "old town", parks, the train station, groceries, pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. The property, itself is spacious and immaculate. Also, a great shower! Our hostess is gracious and available whenever needed. In truth, if self catering in Opole, this is where you must stay!
Negative: There are some stairs. However, our hostess carried our luggage for us which was very helpful.
Summary: If you are self catering in Opole, Nad Mlynowka is the only place to stay!

Positive: It was an idyllic five minute stroll along a tree lined canal to the old town centre. In the opposite direction, a five minute walk to the train station. A one minute walk to a supermarket, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Truly, the location is perfect as is the flat itself with two spacious bedrooms. The flat is pristine in both condition and cleanliness. We were met by the charming owner upon our arrival and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.
Summary: This flat and idyllic location is, without exception, the best place to stay in Opole.

Positive: - Best location in Opole, it's close to the park on Bolko island as well as the town centre. There's a fantastic crepe place called Grabówka 3 mins walk too. - the flat is really modern and well decorated, with a really comfy double bed and sofa, and it's incredibly spacious. - dishwasher - two bathrooms! - No issues with being able to check in 1 hour later than anticipated - Really quiet area despite being close to the city centre.
Negative: - two single duvets on a double bed - cleanliness issues - a few spiders both alive and dead in a couple of places, white pet hair on the floor, just not quite squeaky clean in the kitchen either. The bedding and bathrooms were clean. - it would be nice touch to have some coffee for the coffee machine ready without having to buy it. - had to ask for the wifi password and where to leave the keys, I didn't get any information about it in the flat/via booking.com but the host replied really promptly.
Summary: Spacious, well decorated flat in a great location
