Positive: The owner was helpful. The private shore is OK. The fridge was big enough.
Negative: I sincerely recommend the owner to not only take the income from the accommodation, but also spend on it! When we arrived, the apartment was full of flies, the doors and windows should not be keep opened, because there is no mosquito net on it. The WIFI doesn't work. Several plug connector were torn from the wall. There were no blackout curtains on the doors and windows. One of the two toilets was not working. The shower cabin was cramped. Several pieces of furniture had fallen apart. The soundproofing is very bad. We couldn't sleep because of the flies and neighbors who were partying until morning. The mattresses are very soft, although this is more a matter of viewpoint. There would be plenty of opportunities in the huge garden, which are not being used. In summary: the price and value were very out of proportion. If the owner will spend money for maintanance and some innovation this will be a good accomodation.

Positive: Nice location at lake shore. Spacious apartment.
Negative: Following google maps direction we had a bit of trouble finding the location at night. Squeaky stairs.

Positive: Nice location in the beautiful countryside. The owner was friendly. A lot to do, e.g. swimming in the lake, playing basketball and volleyball. Nice view from the balcony.
Negative: The shower did not work properly. No air conditioning. Poor soundproofing and the stairs were a bit loud. However, nothing too bad, would come again.
