Summary: I booked the room months ago and they called me last week to let me know that they didn’t have any double occupancy rooms available. The room that I stayed in had a broken bathroom fan so the bathroom was constantly fogged up after showering.

Summary: Check in staff was amazing! Love the property even though it was raining and couldn't do much. Only thing is that we had no washcloths and the body wash was out with the office not opening until late :(

Summary: I found check in was very pleasant, Pam was very nice. It was very cold in Ludington and after a blizzard. The rooms were clean, warm and quiet. I was a little concerned due to previous bad reviews, but mostly from people with dogs who did notify hotel Before reserving for dog friendly room. So don't listen to what they say. Also booking on line you are bound to change and cancelation rules with goes with just about anything you reserve on line today! Location was perfect just outside of town and down the block from park to watch the sunset. I would recommend staying there and would do so again.
