Positive: fantastic location enough space for our large family great hot water for everyone. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great coffee maker and plenty of pods.

Negative: the yard could have been tidier. The grass had been mowed but left on top so stuck to the children's clothes. There were bindi eye (very spikey prickles)in the yard that deflated their football. The bbq gas had run out but the owner we quick to replace it. Inside there were no dishtabs for the dishwasher.

Summary: We all had a fantastic weekend. The owner was quick to help out when we called them.

Positive: Great property near Lake Nagambie. It's new, clean, very spacious, has everything we needed, door access is easy. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Negative: The description indicated there was a swimming pool and gym in the property, but we couldn't find it anywhere, which is a bit disappointing.

Positive: Great location. Nice house. Very roomy. Beds were comfortable.

Negative: No pillows or doona provided for the fold out sofa. Only a blanket and sheets. We all had to share our pillows around so everyone had one. The BBQ had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Strict instructions to either stack the dishwasher or wash and dry the dishes on departure, however, no dish cloths and no tea towels provided. We used a toilet brush looking scrub from under the sink to scrub the benches and used a bath towel to dry all our dishes and benches. Upon booking there were photos of the pool and tennis court etc making it look like part of the house. As time got closer it was added to the photos that it’s a communal used area that’s 100m from the house. False advertising. Probably wouldn’t have booked it for that price knowing now that it didn’t have those facilities attached. House is lovely but we were charged over $900 per night which was insane once we realised what it didn’t have.

Positive: Clean, large spaces, great space to share. Good location, well suited to families or group of friends to share.

Negative: Pictures made it seem like the pool and tennis court belonged to the house, had to research more to see it was a short walk away and shared with the estate but was still accessible.
