Positive: The staff were incedibly friendly and attentive. I didn't have to lift a finger the entire time. The horseback sundowner ride and Sossusvlei excursion were both incredible and both my guides were so knowledgeable and helpful!

Positive: Perfect location, wonderful staff in the restaurant and the food was delicious.

Negative: They did not do anything special for Christmas which I find odd.. and we booked a balloon trip from their webpage, but they did not help out with this… we had to drive at night our self which we did not like.
