Positive: Modern, clean rooms. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful, made sure we were very comfortable. Locations is good some restaurants close by and a 7/11 opposite (they don't sell alcohol though!). Right on the beach, lovely to watch the sunset in the evening. Own porch area was lovely and a nice hammock!
Negative: Blankets were very thick on the bed. Lots of mozzies. Bathroom could do with some storage/ hooks... no where to put your towel or clothes without them getting wet.

Positive: Absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect for us. There are loads of bars, restaurants, a 7-Eleven just across the road (though they don’t sell alcohol), and a petrol station literally right out front. Everything you need is just a short walk away. The bungalow was exactly like the photos. It was really spacious, with a super comfy bed, plenty of storage, and a well-functioning AC. There’s even a little kitchen with a large fridge. The porch was great too. It felt private thanks to the surrounding plants and had comfy chairs to relax in. The place has a very chilled, social vibe, but it’s not noisy at all, so getting a good night’s sleep was no problem. It felt like a social hostel for people in their 30s and older, but with everyone having their own private rooms. The electricity stays on when you're out, so you can charge your things while you’re away. You can also refill your water at reception. The staff were all lovely, very friendly, and always ready to help. We arrived early and they let us check in straight away, which was really appreciated. There are also some chairs set up on a platform above the beach. It has a great view of Koh Samui during the day and is perfect for stargazing at night. All in all, just a brilliant place to stay. I’m already dreaming of coming back for a much longer trip!

Positive: It’s conveniently located with plenty of bars, restaurants, a 7/11, and a petrol station very close by. The room itself is spacious so you can unpack all your things and relax.
Negative: The air conditioning is noisy, leaks water, and does not work very well.

Positive: You can be socialise easily here. The 7-11 located in accross the road doesn't sell alcohol. Gas station is located front of the place. You can reach the daily needed easily. The personel is very kind and to focus on solution. The room was the same in the pictures.
Negative: The room was not clean. And towels and bedclothes need to be renewed. These were a bit old and untrusthworthy. The furnitures were old.

Positive: The room is very big with a lot of options to store your stuff. Working electricity when you are gone, so good for charging your stuff. Not loud at all and very nice staff
