Highly appreciated the coffee offered and enjoyed the entertainment provided 😜 - location: excellent, close to centre on foot - parking: good, close, secure - communication: excellent, host was available, responding immediately; videos were very helpful Last but not least, we arrived in Nancy during a heat wave and the host, on own initiative, took measures to make our stay as pleasant as possible (fan, aircon mobile). We highly appreciated it 🙏

Positive: The apartment is very spacious. It is clean and well equipped. You have all you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Apart from it being functional, it was also aesthetically pleasing. The host was available via messaging and replied instantly to any querie. The parking was easy to find as well as self check in instruction. The location is close to the lovely city centre. We are considering going there again.

Positive: Location was great. Very roomy, compared to most places in this city. Was good to have a kitchen.
Negative: Some aesthetic things on the outside. Needed some paint. Also, the toilet and the shower were in two different parts of the apartment......it took a bit to be accustomed to that.

Positive: Excellent use of QR codes and videos to help on entry, stay and check out. Close to main square. Nice powerful shower. Great secure parking. Nice comfortable bed, warm rooms and good TV.
Negative: Lots of dust, fluff and cobwebs, under TV stand and visible from Sofa, under bed and around bedroom standing lamp base/plug. Entrance lobby a bit seedy but overall safe and secure. QR codes great but some of the info is out of date - one resto closed down completely and that’s the one that sounded best.
Summary: Am happy to have found it , with a simple few things it would have been excellent.

Positive: The apartment is very nice, clean and the location is also very close to everything in the city center. Parking is 2 minutes walk away and the car is in a gated property. Communication was in English and very precise with instructions.

Positive: It was my first time, when I found a key without any problem. Video explanation on youtube is an excellent idea! Respect and many thanks! And I agree with some previous visitor that apartment is very warm and cosy
Negative: After 1-2 hours of watching netflix, the internet connection was lost. It was a good reason to go to bed. But the problem was unexpected.
