Yes, you CAN have it all! This extra large 900 square feet bay front condo features unobstructed 180 degree views from the living room and private balcony. In March of 2021, we completed a full remodel. Throughout the condo there is all new luxury vinyl plank "driftwood" flooring installed on the diagonal, accompanied by natural stone and framed mirror walls to set off Nancy's extensive shell collection, displayed on specially lit glass shelves.
Pets - not allowed
We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.

Summary: This is an excellent set up from the location and wonderful view of bay, bay beach access, condo ocean decorations and information on San Diego, gas fire place when it got chili at night , cooling fans for the one who needs it, specialty coffee, nice appliances, dbl sink and soaker tub in the bath, comfortable beds, to the bikes and beach amenities provided all made for a wonderful stay we will book again

Summary: Great location. We walked daily, rode our bikes, played pickleball at Barnes tennis center! Enjoyed views from deck of bay.Excellent kitchen, well equipped for preparing daily meals.

Summary: We loved our time at the condo. With 2 kids, 12 and 9 this was perfect for a quick getaway. The remodeled unit was perfect for our family of 4. I appreciated how much was available for us to use while we were there. There were beach chairs, surfboards, bikes and variety of beach toys. The kids definitely took advantage and used almost everything. With the unit being right on the sand we spent a whole day just relaxing by the water. I have already recommended this exact unit to several friends and family, because of how comfortable our stay was this week.

Summary: Very clean and nicely furnished. Everything works perfectly. Great views from kitchen and living area. convenient to beach, shopping and dining but not in the middle of beach craziness. Have stayed before and will stay again.
