Positive: No skimping on facilities - kitchen equipment was really good. A nice arrival box of fresh farm eggs and biscuits and cake was gratefully received and used! Very friendly welcome. A fan in the bedroom was brilliant as the weather was hot and humid.

Positive: Lovely little cottage unit with everything you could need for a short stay! All very clean and kitchen had all utensils we required. The hosts also very kindly left us some fresh produce from their farm which was a lovely touch. Comfortable bed and very friendly and helpful hosts.

Positive: 1) Genuinely welcoming host and all her family members too. 2) Responded promptly 3) Replies were always friendly and helpful. Never gave the impression that we were troubling or inconveniencing her. 4) Lovely cottage on a peaceful, neat and pretty farm 5) Cottage inside simple, smart and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Shower water pressure is great. Beds comfortable. 6) So nice to be treated with milk & tea, and also biscuits, brownies & eggs. 7) Wifi available despite rural location. 8) The host didn't mind when I called her late evening, because their dog barking and growling had made me anxious. Our sincere thanks to the host and her family.
Negative: Nothing that we didn't like. A bakery & shop more close by (walking distance) would have been ideal. When we have long breaks, we like to just walk rather than drive, and being able to walk down to the local village in the morning to get some fresh basics is nice. We appreciate this is dependent on geography.
