Positive: The apartment is in a brilliant location right by the castle and near the square, shops, restaurants, boat trip dock. It’s also comfortable, clean, nice to live in. Getting free parking was a great bonus.
Negative: Couldn’t get the shower temperature right (too hot).

Positive: The property is a few blocks from downtown which was nice. The bottom suite of the house is nice and bright. It was comfortable and tastefully decorated.
Negative: The property could use some TLC. It is surface clean. Some basic maintenance would help improve this property. Off the back deck there’s bottles and cans dropped over that could be cleaned up. Also when we entered, we smelled stale smoke. I know they don’t allow smoking, but I’m sure the house has been owned by a smoker.

Positive: Great size, comfortable, lovely layout and decor, comfortable beds, good location, easy contact and help with host.
Negative: Just wasn’t quite up to my standards of cleanliness. Wasn’t quite as pristine looking as in the photos. Kitchen and bathroom Floors had crumbs and hair and fridge not cleaned. But found a vacuum and cleaned myself and all was good. A few of the offered bath product bottles were empty but overall a lovely accommodation, just lacking in overall cleanliness and standards of a 5 star super host rating. Otherwise lovely.
Summary: We had a lovely time and stay and the few short comings did not overly affect our stay.
