Experience the charm of Nantucket Cottage 11A, a unique vacation spot managed directly by the owner and located on the upper floor.
This second-floor cottage has a crisp, fresh, upgraded feel with vibrantly accented décor and tasteful sea life artistic touches. Just a few steps away from the beach, you can enjoy the sea breeze from the balcony off of the living room. The living room is beautifully decorated with a good quality sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, high-end wood style flooring, a teal occasional chair, and very nice distressed look shadow box coffee tables. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers upgraded counters, and full size appliances. The dining table seats six and has a custom-painted shabby chic look. The primary bedroom has a nice queen bed, fabulous blue and white designer bedding, a flat-screen TV, and nicely done shabby chic furnishings. The twin bunk beds are built-in and offer crisp teal bedding, reading lamps, and fun fish accent pillows. There is one bathroom that has been nicely upgraded with a custom shower, upgraded lighting, and custom counters. This unit does not offer a tub, only a walk-in shower. For your convenience, there is a centrally located coin-operated laundry room, ensuring you can keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay. Summary: We like appartment 11A enough that we have stayed there 5 times. Each time things seem slightly more run down: e.g. shower faucet hard to adjust, burned out light bulbs, curtains did not open, outdoor grounds needed maintenance. We enjoyed our stay but the price was relatively high with all the added rental fees.

Summary: Luwana is great !!!! Responded quickly to messages. The unit was exactly how it was described. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The short walk to the beach was easy. Chair and umbrella rentals were right off the walkway. What little cooking we did, the cookware was available ( just needed a better pot scrubber to clean). I hope to be able to rent this unit again !!!!!

Summary: We stayed in nantucket cottage 11A. Perfect size for our family of 4. Had a bit of a problem checking in with the locks not working. We called several times and no response. Finally made contact and got in with a temp code only to forget it (my fault). Tried calling again and no response. Could not leave b/c didnt know the code to get back in. We made the best of it and finally made contact several hours later to get the code again. After that it was smooth sailing. The place was pretty clean and decorated very well. I really like the layout with the vaulted ceilings and balcony. Perfect location!!! Easy access to the beach and short car ride to attractions east and west. 3 stars only b/c of communication.

Summary: The AC needs to be fixed. The cottage was very hot and stuffy, especially at night. We did not have nearly enough bath rags, hand towels, dish rags or kitchen hand towels.

Summary: We had a great time! Luwana was great to work with. She always responded quickly and able to give helpful information. There was still some sand left in the condo but we kind of expected that being right on the beach. Overall our experience was great and we would definitely stay here again!
