Summary: My friend and I enjoyed our stay in the cottage! Although it is dated the cottage was super clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, including a beautiful pool!! It is in a great location. It is a must to go to Vanderbilt beach every night to see the sunset!!

Summary: All was great. The only thing I was disappointed in was the cleanliness of the furniture. And Rugs. Pretty filthy. Should be replaced. And wish pool was heated. But you can’t have everything when you budget.

Summary: Naples is our favorite spot in Florida, and when we made a decision to escape this dreadful winter, the choice was obvious. The only week I could take off from work was week of Valentine Day, and since that was a last minute decision, most of the properties in Naples was already taken, however somehow this little gem was available. Let me tell you right away... If you are looking for luxury accommodation, you can skip this one, the house is very small, although 2BR 2 bath, and both exterior and interior are kind of dated, however clean and location was perfect, right in the middle between Mercato (shopping/entertainment center) and Vanderbilt beach with easy walk in both directions. And your own backyard pool with near total privacy was unexpected and very nice bonus. Pool is not heated, however we were lucky with the weather and pool temperature was 76-78 degrees with 82-84 degrees outside. Wifi is not the fastest one, about 25M but adequate. And house was priced very reasonable in expensive Naples market. Thank you the owners, we had a wonderful time and will keep your place in mind for our next trip to Naples.

Summary: We loved everything about this cottage located a bicycle ride to the beach. The neighbors were very friendly & welcoming. It had all the amenities & more! Perfect location & very nice safe neighborhood. Owner very caring & responsive to requests. Will stay again in the future!

Summary: The house is small but everything you need is included. Great location in a nice, safe neighborhood. It’s a great short walk to the beach! House and decor is dated but beds were comfortable. The house wasn’t super clean but the sheets were clean. Once the water heater was replaced I had enough hot water for a shower. Was slightly disappointed for the first week while I struggled with minimal hot water but the owner eventually took care of that. It was frustrating and inconvenient but as I said it was finally rectified.

Summary: In light of the things that are going on at this time it has been fun seeing my kids and grandkids. The pool has been nice to have since the beaches are all closed. Now I am staying beyond my original plans to depart do to covid. IAM fine but to dangerous to travel at this time. They were gracious enough to let me stay on until things get better.

Summary: My husband, son and I had an excellent time visiting our older son and his fiance in Naples Florida in August 2011. The cottage was perfect. It's got everything you could want. Great location. Great pool. Lots of paperback books. Close to the beach and the Mercato. Neighbors are pleasant. The rent was very reasonable as was the owner. Thank you for a just right vacation!
