Enjoy a fun stay in your own oasis with a private pool and hot spa! Barbecue with your family and relax at the dinning patio. Located directly on a popular main road called “2nd Street”. This is a metropolitan beach community . Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and beaches. Approximately 30 minutes from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Orange County, Los Angeles, and 45 minutes from Hollywood. Cozy beach townhouse. Two full bedrooms upstair, Two full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs. Half bathroom downstairs. Third Room is a SUNROOM with a DAYBED and a privacy curtain.
Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO excessive noise/music allowed at any time. Must respect our neighbors’ peace and quiet .

HOUSE RULES:
1) PLEASE ALWAYS BE CONSIDERATE OF OUR NEIGHBORS AND YOUR NOISE LEVEL AT ALL TIMES.***No parties, loud music, or very loud talking. ***NO BACKYARD OR POOL USE AFTER 10:00 PM. Please come inside by 10:00 pm and enjoy yourselves inside the house Or go out to a local bar. If we receive a noise complaint after these hours, you will loose your deposit. This is a quiet residential area. We have to respect our neighbors***
3) No Smoking
4) maximum of 6 booked guests overnight or a total of no more than 8 people on the property at any given time or you will loose your security deposit & your stay will be terminated immediately. Unless prior authorization has been made.
5) If you use our kitchen supplies please clean them and put back.
6)If you use the BBQ grill, please turn off propane tank when done and leave it uncovered.
7) please separate trash and recyclables and take them outside by the garage ally way and place in large bins when you leave.

Summary: The property is cute, comfortable, well located, and well appointed. Near beaches, stores, and restaurants, and to top it off, there is a pool and spa. You cannot ask for more. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Summary: Our stay at the Naples house was perfect. It is located to so many things within walking distance. Susana was prompt with communication and the pool was heated and so perfect to take a dip in after a long day of walking around. I would definitely stay here again, the house has everything you need to be comfortable.

Summary: Easy check in, was allowed in early and extremely friendly host who is also a great communicator. The heated pool was spectacular and our kiddos spent hours a day with all the included pool toys. Amazing location to look at the canal lights in the Naples area and 5 min stroller walk to Mothers Beach (we did this three times). So so glad we had this place!

Summary: Coming from New Hampshire, my husband and I were visiting my Los Angeles-based son, his wife, and their 1 year old daughter. We wanted to treat them to a relaxing break from LA's summertime heat and smog. This home and location were just what we had in mind. We could walk or drive the half-mile to nearby grocery stores like Whole Foods. The large, well-appointed kitchen made it easy to prepare meals which we ate poolside. (We didn't sample the many restaurants, also within walking distance, largely because we had a baby in tow). The living room has an enormous sectional sofa where all 4 of us could comfortably sit and read or chat once the baby went to bed. Early mornings, we often walked to Mother's Beach, only a block away. Afternoons, we strolled the Canals or the boardwalk along Shoreline Drive, or visited sites such as the Aquarium. As promised, parking was a breeze. We kept one car in the garage, and the other right in front of the house. Even on the weekend, when crowds were thickest, we found free parking a mere block away. We opted not to have the pool heated; and the water was the perfect temperature for us (then again, we are from New Hampshire, those used to warmer water may have found it a bit bracing). We weren't bothered by traffic on nearby 2nd Street due to the white noise from the very effective and efficient room AC units. The front door lock took some getting used to, it's a little wonky; but by Day 2 we were all pros. We'll be back!

Summary: Everything about the place is top shelf. The location is awesome. To be that close to all of the 2nd and pch areas but off the main road that it feels secluded. No complaints.

Summary: Our family enjoyed the house and especially the heated pool and hot tub! Spacious inside and nice electronic amenities too (like Roku’s on both TVs). Terrific communication from Susana, don’t hesitate to stay here in this central location to all fun things in LA and Disney!
