Summary: I am an elder and stairs are a bit difficult for me. There is no elevator but I was so impressed with how the very kind staff carried my bags upstairs and helped me figure out how to order food from a local restaurant. The room was simple, attractive, clean, and comfortable. I would come back and spend more time in the sweet town.

Summary: The room was good. Althought you so hear everything in the next room. But you don't get annoyed by the outdoor sounds. The room is clean, bathroom is good and clean. Services is what's ruined everything. Although we did appreciated the tuktuk to go to Nana area They forgot to acknowledge my gold member advantages, they almost forgot to give us back our deposit (2000B)-we had to remind them. My friend got here later them me and we're not able to deal with a guest that would not check out. This hotel is good if you don't need assistance in any kind. Do your thing and take care of your own business.
