Summary: The hotel was clean and the staff was polite, but I was surprised that the room did not include an iron. I had to call the front desk and request one, which was inconvenient. An iron is a basic amenity that many guests expect to find in the room. I hope the hotel considers providing irons in all rooms to make the stay more comfortable and convenient.

Summary: My husband and I were here a few months ago and were pleasantly surprised. Not a five star but everyone was helpful and kind, rooms were clean and cozy. I brought my sister this time and embarrassed is an understatement. No hot water, chipped paint and broken closet. The noise was unbearable. Needless to say, unfortunately we won’t be back.
