Positive: It was quiet and clean
Negative: We knew from the previous reviews that we should expect a host who charges for pillows but it wasn't the case. This time she rquired towels to be paid for (only for face) as the property didn't provide them. That came as an umpleaseant surprise. At departure, the host demanded a cleaning charge which we tought it was abusive and innapropiate as it wasn't openly discussed previousily. Overall, we wouldn't recommend the place mainly for the way the host is trying to gain extra money for different services that one would think they are common sense to be offered to the guests ( in the required price).

Positive: The host is super friendly and approachable. She is very nice and accommodating to our needs. The location of the homestay is super near to Sepang International Circuit (about 10 mins away). The house and rooms are overall really clean and well-taken care of. The outside of the house is fitted with CCTV cameras around it so we do feel safe parking our bikes there. There is a no smoking and no meat policy in the house itself, however, she prepared for us a "smoking corner" outside the house in the garden side which was very thoughtful for smokers like me. The host has a lot of recommendations around the area for sightseeing and places to eat. She also gave us contacts for cab & shuttle services. She was also understanding with our request for a slightly later check-out timing.
Negative: Our main purpose for the stay was just to have a place to rest as well as private parking for our bikes as we were taking part in the trackday at Sepang. However, during the check-in, we were blindsided and appalled by the deposit amount. The amount was way too much and we had to compromise on the amount as we definitely did not bring that much money with us. Even hotels and Villas do not ask for this much for the deposit. Thank goodness she is understanding and we came to a compromise with the amount. We also felt that we did not have privacy in the apartment as the host came over a few times while we were in the house and during the time we were taking a nap in the afternoon. We really understand that she might be worried that her house might not be well taken care of by us, however, we would've really appreciated it if she had given us privacy during the duration of our stay. She does not provide pillows, and pillows are chargeable at RM20 each. You can choose to either bring it back home with you, or she will donate it to an orphanage home. There is also only 1 toilet shared in the house, if you are particular with it. Me and my friends didn't mind it as I've mentioned, our intention was for a place to sleep in and for private parking.

Positive: The host was great, she was so kind and very informative about where we can eat / arrange the taxi etc. The room was very clean. She has a little garden next to her house, there was not many plants growing this time, but still enjoyed the green. Also the area was very close to the airport, just 20 minutes by car, so was great for us to stay just for the transit. We need to pay 10 usd for the pillow which was extra cost, but we could take it with us if we want. Anyway she informed us about all the cost before we will arrive there, so we didn't have any issues with it. Even considering the cost, it was good place to stay. The host doesn't stay at the same house, but she lives nearby and always there to help you. Next time we would like to try her home food as she told us she can prepare vegan/ vegetarian meal which was not always easy to find in Malaysia.
Negative: It was quite hot in the room in the middle of January, there was fan/ not AC but cooler fan. If you are ok with the temperature, no problem. (We came from -5 degree, so we felt it was too hot)
Summary: We would like to stay again when we stop at Kuala lumpur!
