Positive: Waterfront views were amazing. Room was clean and quiet. Met owners and were impressed with their little piece of paradise! Loved being able to use the kayaks there.

Positive: The view was spectacular. The grounds were well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating, replied to any questions in a timely manner. Perfect location for a space launch, the KSC and Coca Beach. A little bit of everything to offer for a reasonable price.
Negative: I wished we had more time so we could go kayaking which was provided.
Summary: A perfect staycation for us! We're locals and 3 hours away. It was more than we expected!
