Welcome to our spacious waterfront studio apartment with a private entrance. Acreage property with a dock, firepit, tike hut. Enjoy fishing, kayaking. Watch rocket launches, sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, manatees, stingrays, and varieties of birds. Within easy driving distance to stores, restaurants, access to Hwy 95. Only 38 min East of Orlando Int'l Airport. Drive 1 hr to the theme parks, 50 min to Daytona Beach, 9 min to NASA, 20 min to Cape Canaveral Port, 25 min to Cocoa or Playalinda beaches.
Large great room with a kitchen and a direct view of the Indian River Lagoon facing NASA. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with walk-in shower), and a kitchen.
Access to the 2nd bedroom on the first floor is through the first bedroom, so we suggest only two guests in this suite unless you don't mind sharing this access or having some sleep on the couch/hide-a-bed in the great room.
The bathroom is off the great room.

Summary: We had a very nice time at the property. The property manager was very friendly, available and helpful about rocket launches, dining locations, and any needs we may have. The property is directly across from the Cape Canaveral launches and we were able to catch a night launch. One problem was that the TV was located only in the bedroom so any TV watching had to be done there. If TV is not important, this is the perfect location.

Summary: We brought our deck boat with us and spent the day on the water to watch the Space X Launch on the Indian River. It was absolutely amazing. If you don't have a boat watching from the amazing dock at this property would be great also. There is plenty of space here for a truck and boat on a trailer. The dock is amazing but a little too big for a small deck boat. However, there is a launch right down the street so just launching for the day worked fine. We would definetly come back. Make sure to check out the "Space Bar" down the street for a drink or launch viewing.
