Positive: The location was good. It was quiet, hence the location was for those who are looking for a quiet and calm place in Goa.

Negative: I was surprised to hear that there will be no staff after 6 PM. You need to arrange everything you want at night before staff leaves.😀😀 Even you will not get water for drinking. There is only a guard at the gate no one else from the resort side. Rooms are average not that good. Dogs are barking outside and no one to take care of those if they are disturbing guests.

Summary: I will not recommend it for a family, may be okay for couples.

Positive: Fantastic location right by the beach at the quiet southern end of Benaulim, beautiful resort with trees and flowers, good food in the restaurant and some very helpful staff

Negative: My first booking was fine but with the second booking the room didn’t quite match the description as there wasn’t a kitchen.
