Positive: The bed/mattress was excellent. The room was cosy.
Negative: Since there is no concierge which is understandable given the setup and price, they should put a sign with a phone number in the hallway to call the management in case the customer needs to talk to a person. Going thru the internet to fetch a number can be cumbersome.
Summary: It was comfortable and commensurate with the cost.

Positive: Friendly host; cozy room; very clean; very quiet. Some good restaurants nearby.
Negative: We had the Irish Pub room on the top floor, so lots of stairs--plus stairs from street level to the front door. But that's not unusual for establishments in this category.

Positive: Very cozy, quiet and feels at home. Amenities are good and sufficient! Natalie is very warm, kind and chill. Enjoy the little chats here and there. Highly appreciated for the pre-marathon “bagel-load” ;)
