Summary: Hotel is clearly becoming dated and could benefit from better upkeep and repairs, especially regarding bathroom. No cold water readily available at breakfast, nor access to bathrooms (we'd already checked out). Homeless person entered the breakfast lobby and began interacting with my young kids and me intrusively. Hotel staff was outside gossiping instead of tending to guests. Felt unsafe.
