Summary: Great property and close to Tawas for shopping and Lake Huron. Beautiful sunsets. Loved having a washer and dryer. We were a little disappointed that the Sand Lake access wasn’t closer but it all worked out. We drove to Lake Huron and swam in the Great Lake.

Summary: We loved the cabin. It was perfect size for myself daughter and 4 granddaughters. Very clean nice neighborhood. Lake access was close as was the Tawas area. Would love to do it again next year!

Summary: It stay with you was very nice or one and only complaint was the hot water, meaning there wasn't enough for showers, not even quick rinse offs. That's was very uncomfortable

Summary: The property was just as stated, had an issue getting into property but Amber fixed the issue fast. We had absolutely no issues other than what I mentioned and taht wasn't really an sisue just an oops, overall our spur of the moment weekend getaway was great dispite the rain when driving there. We will rent again, thanks for having us!

Summary: Best up north vacation! Not right on the beach, but the perfect beach area is available for you and your family just a couple doors down! Super clean. Everyone is so nice. Great area. Right down the road from the store and the bar. Super fun! We'll be back....again!

Summary: 3 sisters and our mom, all of us senior ladies, spent 4 days at this cottage. Having 3 bedrooms, with one bedroom having bunk beds, allowed the 4 of us to each have our own sleep place. The place was very clean and the furnishings adequate and comfortable. The kitchen had adequate dishes, pots and pans, etc. There is a large room type air conditioner in the living room but it was sufficient to cool the whole cottage if we left the bedroom doors open. The cottage is actually bigger than it seemed from the pictures. Bedrooms were adequate size. The kitchen is ok in size with a table that could seat six. The living room is very nice size. There is a stacked washer and dryer just inside one of the bedrooms. There is 1 bathroom with a small shower. This may be a problem for families with small children or for families/groups larger than ours. The check in process was simple except that the door was very difficult to unlock and the key that usually comes out of the box, never did. We also had a problem with closing the bathroom and bedroom doors and having the latch mechanism jamb so the door wouldn't open. There is a small view of the lake from the cottage. But we never figured out if there was an access to the lake for us. However, my main complaint regarding this cottage is the added rental fees. The cottage rental was roughly $510. for the 4 nights we were there, but the cleaning fee, damage fee, and management fee brought the total to over $800.00. Yes, we paid a damage fee of $70+ prior to renting the property. We rented it anyway because 4 of us were sharing the cost and it met our desires for location and sleeping area. All in all we were quite happy with the rental and enjoyed our stay.
