Large modern kitchen with plenty of kitchen basics. Solar powered electricity with propane, 2 swamp coolers (ac for the desert). With sweeping city, canyon and Sandia views, the property is surrounded by National Forest, so it feels endless, private and rural, although the drive to Tramway Blvd. takes only 8 minutes.
