Summary: The hotels rooms need urgent renovation

Summary: Decent Stay with Some Room for Improvement I stayed here recently and overall, it was an okay experience. The room was clean, which was a positive start. However, after taking a shower, water leaked out from the shower area, and the entire toilet floor got flooded. I ended up spending a bit of time cleaning it up, which was quite inconvenient. The towel provided was incredibly small – almost the size of a handkerchief. That wasn’t ideal, especially when you need a proper-sized towel after a shower. The internet speed was frustratingly slow, which made it difficult to do anything online. Breakfast was decent but didn’t stand out – it could definitely be improved. Also, I was disappointed that they didn’t provide even a small complimentary water bottle upon arrival, which is usually a nice touch. On the positive side, the location was excellent, with shops nearby, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception team was especially accommodating, which was nice. A couple of other things to note: the duvet provided was quite small. When I asked for a double duvet, they gave me another single one, which didn’t really solve the issue. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved for a better experience.

Summary: Location was great! We needed a remote for the tv and within a few hours one was provided and a service worker helped make it work. I requested a tea kettle a couple of times and was told one would be delivered. That never happened. Parking was well explained and everyone was helpful

Summary: Although it was in a lower class neighborhood it was beautiful. When I arrived an older staff member noticed I was having a little trouble with my bag and came down the entry stairs and carried it to the front desk for me. The staff were friendly and polite and it was clean throughout. And I have to say that the capriccio at the coffee shop was the best.
