Positive: The location is so nice! You're basically almost in the middle of the city. Just a couple minute walk, you reach to MTR and other shopping places, restaurants, etc. The staff also nice and helpful.

Negative: The room is so small, like so small but understandable because of the property price of Hong Kong

Summary: If you're looking for a nice location, go for it!

Positive: In principle, it’s quite clean, the shower is very hot - excellent for winter, a large window on the street with more or less a view (I lived in room 10), they provide a kettle and slippers, a microwave and refrigerator in the hallway, standard soap and shampoo in the bathroom, and a toothbrush. Wj fi good.

Negative: Small room, even smaller shower - you have to bend over the toilet to stand under a warm shower. The toilet paper drawer on the wall does not hold up very well, the sink is also attached unreliably - it is better not to lean on it. There is only cold water in the sink; hot water in the shower requires removing the watering can, which barely reaches the sink. The drain is poorly located - you can stand with your foot and close it and then water will flow into the room - be careful. If you don’t want your room to be cleaned, display a warning - they entered my room without asking and cleaned it, it seems like nothing was missing, But I didn’t ask!!! a few insects like bedbugs may appear on the 3-4th day of your stay - throw out the trash every day , maybe because of it the bugs appeared. There is a bit of noise from the street - cars and traffic light horns can even reach the 10th floor. Well, and most importantly - in the winter at the end of December 2023, wearing clothes outside feels warmer in the evening than in the room - be prepared to sleep in clothes and it’s better to ask for 2 blankets immediately before arrival.
