Summary: The layout of the home is convenient for a mid size group because of both living rooms. Plenty of towels and pillows and blankets. We did bring a few space heaters which helped because it was chilly in a couple rooms. Great place for kids because they can go sledding right there in the backyard. We enjoyed our stay here!

Summary: We came for my sons senior spring break trip to ski Brian Head. We stayed at BH the last time and decided to try Parowan this trip and man are we so glad we did!! This house is amazing, it has all the items you could ever need and the Views of the wildlife made it so relaxing. The children spent many hours playing ping pong. This was the best spring break trip. We will be back!

Summary: Altho we were meeting in Parowan for a sad family event, funeral, Harper House was the perfect gathering spot for our families who came from all over. We were seven adults and we each had our own bedrooms and there was plenty of space to spread out and even have our local family join us for visiting and have a meal together. We were so grateful to have a place to gather and comfort one another. When we first arrived, the heater wasn't working and Jeff was quick to respond to my call and he came to trouble shoot the problem and we had heat the next day. We were very thankful for his prompt attention. We look forward to renting this house again in the future, for a happier family gathering. OH, and seeing all the deer and wild turkeys EVERY day was a huge bonus for our group. Thanks again!

Summary: We had more than enough space for the 4 of us and 1 lazy, old dog. The kitchen was great but there are good restaurants nearby. The back deck looks out to the hillside with wild turkey passing by everyday and 5 deer cruised down the driveway! We were visiting for the BWR bicycle race and this property is near the course and we had a 2 car garage available to work on the bikes! After our event in Cedar City, we drove through Zion, Bryce Cyn, saw the aspens turning to fall colors near Cedar Breaks and traveled up to Brian Head Peak before returning to the deck and fire pit at the Harper House! The owners were quick to respond and very helpful!

Summary: We loved the Harper House and would definitely recommend staying here. Cute and cozy home with lots to do in the surrounding area. We will be back!

Summary: While the online pictures o the exterior of the property had us envisioning a rustic cabin setting in the woods....the reality was it is right on an old highway...this was not a bad thing as it turns out. We were 3 minutes to the grocery store and the Pizza Barn...3 min from the gas station and 4 minutes from I-15...but there was never any issue with city or traffic noise. The house itself was great. Plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen was conducive to cooking and serving 13 people with ease. The large back deck was always in the shade and provided a great space to sit and talk. Bathrooms were clean and each provided a shower or tub so we were able to get cleaned up quickly even with a lot of people. Parowan is a great location...by the third night I began looking for land or properties for sale as it is close enough to Zion's, Bryce, Cedar Break, Cedar City with being too close. I highly recommend the area and this particular property for anyone's southern Utah Adventures

Summary: The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The towels and bedding was high end. And there was BEYOND enough room. The ONLY issue was it was less than 50ft to the west from a power station. It is impossible to miss. Nothing was mentioned of this on the Ad-and it definitely took away from the landscape and views. We did see deer and turkeys daily and Parowan was such a sweet town. And we were centered perfectly for Beaver, Cedar City, Brian Head Resort and Cedar Breaks. It made us feel at home and it was such a great family trip. Hopefully, we can return.
